We got two of these for our dining room. We outgrew the storage we previously had, and wanted something with more room and furniture-y looking. After shopping around, Amazon had the best price, so I snapped two up.Fedex left the packages in front of our garage in the very early morning, and I managed to get them shoved inside and left to ward off porch pirates, although they'd need to be strong in this case to steal the packages. The parts were well protected in layers of styrofoam and wrap, and it took us about 15 minutes to unpack and account for all the parts.Once we'd accounted for all pieces, we started assembly. The directions were clear enough for flat pack, and this wasn't our first rodeo. It took around an hour and 15 minutes to get the first one put together, because we got the two side panels flipped, and discovered that when we tried to put the top on. The second unit we were able to get put together in about 45 minutes. As other reviewers have mentioned, the cam locks and bolt dealies are pretty flimsy, so that's not great. But we didn't have any issues assembling. We did keep the extra pieces Crosley sent, just in case.So far, we are pleased with the amount of storage these units have. I've got a full flatware service for 12 in one drawer (we did buy drawer dividers), cloth napkins in another, hydroponic garden supplies in the other unit, and the last drawer is currently open.We did place both wine dividers in the units, I've got white wines in one and red in the other. The main thing I'm pleased about is that I've got all my hardcover cookbooks in the bottom side spaces (behind the doors on either side) after a culling of unused/uneeded books. So far, they are bearing the weight with no ill effects. I tried to split up the cookbooks so that each side got an equal weight. Lighter cookbooks are stacked on the shelf behind the door - need to sort those out yet. But so far, the shelf is sturdy and has had no issue supporting the books. On the top of one unit, we've parked our ice machine and our Victrola. On the other unit, we've got our hydroponic gardens. Very spacious tops, would be great to set extra dishes on for a holiday gathering or party.
