We unpacked the two boxes (Phoenix has two due to the extra sides) to find one broken piece. I called Kodiak Furniture the next morning and they fedex'd it to us for that next day! The Canadian mattress and Barbados wood frame are beautiful and we are very pleased!Got this futon for my Son's apartment. It comes in three packages. MAKE SURE YOU OPEN AND ASSEMBLE THEM IN ORDER! The boxes are numbered.The construction is great, and once assembled is VERY comfortable! My son likes taking naps on it more than his bed. LOLParts are well marked and instructions are very clear and easy. I am thinking of getting one for my office. Comes in a great selction of colors.
