1st off sorry for my camera , it seems to want to paint the couch in a incorrect orange color , this couch is more a light milk chocolate color maybe a tad lighter then that buy it is brown no orange . The item arrived a few hours early and the delivery company called ahead of time to see if they could deliver ahead of schedule which for Me was great . Delivery driver was great . I am a older male and live on the ground floor with no steps and He helped Me unpack the thing and move it in . Which was a major concern seeing I had no one else to help me . although I would not expect the same service if say I lived on the 3rd floor . Now onto the couch itself . I inspected the frame from underneath while I was putting on the lags , looks well made solid wood frame and nice large feet that you will have to install but it was easy and required no tools You just screw in by hand . The holes were kinda hidden but with a flashlight I found that they were covered up by the mesh fabric on the bottom no big deal . The couch cushions on the bottom are fully reversible meaning you can flip them 180 deg but the back cushions are not removable . The couch is very firm to sit on , not much give and seeing that it is brand new I am hoping that it will soften up with time . Padding on the arms is sufficient but could bea little better IMO but I am overall happy with the couch . Looks good ad arrived in perfect shape
