I ordered from a different company first and the product was warped and uneven. So, I saw this company and decided to give them a try. The legs were much stronger with no defects or warps in them. And the price was even better. Less expensive for better quality.Followed other reviewers, bolted with washer through mounting bracket into leg. Tightened to a wicked strong torque with a power drill.TL,DR: Don't trust this product to slide across a surface well, especially with weight greater that 50Lbs by my estimates.I'd expect this product will work great for users who can mount bracket to leg as described above, and whose material and span is reasonable, and can place whatever it's mounted to carefully, with help if necessary.My build prior to trying to resolve issue with horizontal bracing, 3 2x12x8 boards laid said by side, joined with several metal brackets where boards meet. Problem I'm experiencing is that, when the leg is dragged across a surface, the leg catches and pitches in a direction, and, I'm assuming, the locking washer and bolt slip off of their thread, causing plate and bracket to become loose. When I detach a leg after this problem, bolt is finger tight, not torqued as well as I had screwed it on before attaching leg and plate to underside of table top.I may buy screws and washers to try and bolt through the table top, circumventing my problem or at least allowing for easier retightening of screw.I'd seek a refund, but I damaged the product by attaching horizontal supports as pictured.I purchased the legs rather than having them made. Cost was more reasonable and with free shipping the weight cost wasn’t an issue.I have not finished the tables that they will be used on. But after checking the legs, the quality appears to be good, installation will not be an issue for me. I would have like to have gotten 1 1/2 square legs but these will be just fine.I would recommend this product, quality for the price and quick arrival.I bought two sets. I used one to create a folding table in my laundry, the other a workbench in my tool room. I had some old laminate countertops from the kitchen reno to use as the tables. The mount places screwed right in. I'm tall so the height was good - no bending over to work on the tables.So I measured my desk and needed exact legs because i need it to be very specific. I measured the legs and it was good, but I didn't take into account the base that holds the leg. Because of that, I lost a couple inches.It took a while to arrive and I didn't have time to return and find another , so I just used it. Just something to keep in mind when installing if you need a specific measurement. Quality is okayItem came very quickly and look great attached to a daybed we got that was missing the legs.installed these legs on a computer desk made from butcher block. Make sure to use a thick phillips head on the screw for mounting the plates to the leg and torque that thing down. Holds up well and has those little adjuster feet on the bottom to even things out.I bought these legs as a trial for some tables that I was planning to build. The legs are sturdy and easy to assemble to the table and the finish is very good. My tabletops are 2 inches thick, so I was concerned that the legs are strong enough to support the weight. There was no problem with these legs, and I have ordered two more sets for the rest of the tables I am building.The mounting bracket is attached to the leg via a 8mm bolt and lock washer. The problem is the tapped steel that threads the bolt is too thin, and only provides 3 threads making it very easy to strip. This is a design flaw resulting in loose legs. The mounting plates should have been welded on, or have a nut welded on the other side of the mounting plate to provide a thicker tap, but I guess the extra .03 cents per leg is too much to ask. DO NOT RECCOMEND.While they do their job, and are strong and sturdy, I would not use them is looks matter at all.the bottom foot is poor injection mold with lots of flashing and poor tolerances. even the metal threat at the top is only tack welded and not a solid all around weld. I guess you get what you pay for.No problems with these. I noticed a number of complaints about them being wobbly, but if you install the brackets right side up, that isn't an issue at all. Given the price, a little slip of paper with instructions might help. Something the size of sticky note shouldn't cost them too much.C'était pour fixer sur un meuble destiné à être accroché au mur. So if you plan to do that, you’ll have to drill your own holes in your surface. However, the round ones do match. I just preferred the looks of square legs better.They do move a little bit but my desk hasn’t collapsed yet so that’s good.
