I love my furniture. It was a great price and it's beautiful and the upgrade for me is tremendous as I had furniture my 11 year old ADHD son had trashed. Jumping from the couch to the loveseat and back, spilling, etc.There were a few minor, minor issues that I have attached photos for. Some loose strings and weird stitches and a small amount of fluff coming out of the pillows. So minor that I still gave it 5 stars. I find it comfortable but a little firm...again coming from a couch I sunk into.The only complaint I have is it slides on my hardwood floors. When you flop down, it slides. I got some foam pads for the legs but... there's a small raised plastic disc on the bottom, likely to prevent scratching floors with wood on wood. Problem is the plastic disc is slightly bigger than the foam pads so it doesn't really prevent the sliding. I need to find thicker ones.I did want to add that I was going to order different furniture that had a "room of your choice" delivery option (for only $20!) but I ordered this instead. I was hoping I could pay extra to get them to bring it in as I'm on the first floor and it's the room you walk right into from the door so no hauling it through a whole house. Before delivery, I called the company to ask and they said they would change the delivery to a 2 man team. They got here and would not budge on leaving it outside. I offered them $100 and they still hemmed and hated. Stanley Steamer was next door cleaning carpets and I asked him to help if I paid him. He said he'd do it for free. Helped me get the old stuff out and the new stuff in. Took maybe 20 mins tops. I gave him the $100. My point is, do not order if you don't have a way to get it in your house. The delivery people told me to call 2 Men and a Truck. Not helpful. I will be careful to not order again if "entryway" is the only option.
