When I first got this chair I was very happy. This is why I wait to do reviews. I bought the chair last August. Two days after the warranty expired the arm of my chair broke. I reached out to the seller and they said that they couldn’t replace the arm unless I paid for it. I was fine with replacing it and paying for it. After Several attempts at failed communication, I gave up. They told me I would have to email someone directly. Unfortunately the email address that they sent me was blocked by Amazon so I couldn’t see it. I attempted to tell them this, and I have not heard back from anybody. I am very disappointed in this purchase and the quality of the service that I received. I would not recommend this company to others.
