We will be buying this for all our couches. We have two cats and they tore up our last couch so when we bought new furniture we knew we had to do something different. I'm not sure why but ever since we put this product on our new couch, the cats have only scratched on it instead of the rest of the furniture. It was super easy to put on and has held up well against our boys.This was relatively easy to install on my couch, mostly because it's a simple assembly couch with removable cushions. My cat uses it regularly, and it isn't too bad of an eyesore.I installed a bunch of these on all my furniture. My cat thinks they are great fun to scratch. I do not like the way they look as they do not match the color of my chairs or couch. I do love that my cat thinks they are so wonderful and is scratching on them constantly.We have 6 cats and this is used daily all day by them all. It's durable and they love it and keep our furniture perfectSaved my new couch from destruction!!!Looks not bad. Fits perfectly and saved our new couch! but..The Velcro straps on the bottom that are to attach to bottom of couch don’t always stick and dangle out sometimes.But this gives the cat just another toy to play with at random so no worries.Got a new couch, have 2 cats. They jump up on corner and I started to see little pulls. This has saved my couch !Easy to figure out how to put it on. It just made him scratch other furniture and the couch elsewhere. I purchased 2 but neither works.
