I love the Heater and would have given it 5 stars but the very top piece was bent on two opposing corners. Not badly but it is obvious enough. Disappointed, I did not notify Customer Service as we didn't notice until completely assembled and this was the last piece put on.This is a great looking, functional patio heater. The best part, is it doesn't look like the industrial patio heaters everyone else has. Everyone loves to sit around this and watch the tornado of flame going thru the glass tube. It arrived more quickly than anticipated, and was easily put together. There was a scratch on the front panel, but we had company coming and I was unwilling to send it back, so we decided to touch it up ourselves. Even with a scratch, I'd give it 5 stars. Love it!
