Had to reach out to them for missing hardware. When I got the hardware it was still missing some parts screws. Will go to local hardware store to buy it. The instructions are garbage. But it’s doing the job for the money we paid. Next time I’ll buy something better.When we ordered this it was very nice looking in the pictures and everything and it looked like it had some decent reviews so I ordered it because the price point was right and the reviews we're pretty good it came in with an a couple days which was really nice but when I got here the box was absolutely destroyed there was pieces missing it was absolutely destroyed assembly was not possible due to the hardware wasn't even in the box if you're going to sell a quality product you should be able to ensure that it's actually going to show up and good working conditions that way you can actually put it together and use it all in all I'm working with them on a return right now but they're telling me that there's going to be a restocking fee for the return which I think is absolutely outrageous due to the fact it was severely damaged in shipping in the boxes weren't even held together and there was nothing in the box to even put the thing together don't believe all the reviews that you read about it being a nice set and everything else because the odds of it showing up in good condition probably won'tOkay for the price, but small in size and not much support in the bench seats. Next time I’d shop around and spend a bit more money for better quality.Gorgeous. Love it. Must used scotchguard to avoid fading.Easy to assemble, vibrant color, great price!Let's a start with putting it together. On multiple pieces the wholes either didn't line up or was covered by the fabric, so that was a joy. Then for the small stools we could only put together 2 because the other 2 they shipped all the same side panels.The actual set itself stops right between lower and mid back for my family, height range from 5ft to 5'5ft. It's so uncomfortable. Just spend a little more to get something nicer.I will say the return process with Amazon was fairly simple.
